iPhones other than iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Earlier iPhone 7 and 7 plus there was a physical home button so if you phone has freeze you can simply press home button and power button together and wait till the screen turns off.
Once the screen is turned off wait for few seconds and then turn on your iPhone as normal. That’s it after the restart phone will work as normal.
For iPhone 7 and 7 Plus: In iPhone 7 and 7 plus home button is replaced with touch sensitive button on which is having force touch sensor. Now you cannot hard re boot the phone using home button. If you want to hard reboot here is how you can do it.
- Hold Volume down button together with Power
- Wait for 5 seconds. Your iPhone’s screen will turn off.
- After a restart your phone will start working as normal.
So now with iPhone 7 and 7 plus you do not need to bother about physical home button you can hard reboot your phone with volume down and power button.
