iOS 10 is loaded with cool features including Lock screen Widgets. If the latest iOS is installed in your iPhone, then you can also enjoy this amazing feature. You can easily access your favorite widgets with information like current weather, upcoming events, trending news and much more. Lock screen widgets can also be customized making them exceptionally practical.

Unfortunately, using widgets can also increase battery consumption and might not be liked by all users. So for those users who want to disable this feature in iPhone or iOS device, follow the below steps.

1. Tap on Settings icon on the Home Screen.

2. Scroll Down and tap on “Touch ID & Passcode” tab.

3. Enter your passcode if any.

4. The “Today View” icon is enabled by default, tap to turn off this option.

Now, lock your phone and check whether you are able to see the widgets when you swipe right on the screen. To enable it again, perform the same steps once again.
